Make sure they are placed a good distance away from all flamable items. Keep in a room with no open windows or drafts. Always place your candle on a level surface. We advise caution when it comes to burning your candle longer than the recommended 4 hours.
There are absolutely no refunds for products that are destroyed in your care or candles that have been abused in your care leading to unfortunate circumstances. We will offer replacements or refunds of products that have arrived broken. We recommend you reach out to us right away with photos so we can solve any issues as soon as possible.
